This new painting is a continuation of The Sublime series—a continuation of my preoccupation and fascination with theories and writings on quantum physics (combined with my thoughts about the future). It seems to me that we need to be advancing and evolving inward and outward in equal measures, meaning that we need to investigate the virtual just as much as the real, the infinite just as much the finite, the possibilities just as much as what we know. Time. Space. Perception.
